Job Role : Team Member- Operational Risk Management - NBFC

Location : Mumbai

Role and Responsibility :

- Review and monitoring of the existing Standard Operating Procedure.

- Testing & review of controls identified for mitigation of the risk.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis of the Incidents reported.

- Competition Benchmarking and suggesting relevant practices for implementation.

- Publish Operational Risk dashboard , prepare presentation for the Operational Risk Management Committee.

- New projects in area of process improvements / better TATs / simplification / improving automation.

Education Qualification : MBA/CA/Graduate

Skills and Experience :

- Good Data analysis skills.

- Prior experience in Operational Risk profile.

- Clear understanding of the retail lending business.

Eye for Detail :

- Ability to grasp , understand process and then identify gaps in the processes.

- Ability to develop professional Inter personal relationships with peers and seniors across functions.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and plan for delivery within time-lines.
