Team Member- Legal, Secretarial & Compliance_Mutual Fund

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Provide assistance in legal matters and in ensuring compliance with SEBI (Alternative Investment Fund) Regulations and SEBI (Portfolio Management Services) Regulations.

- Provide legal assistance in reviewing documentation for structured debt deals and unlisted equity transaction

- Assist in legal matters including drafting and negotiation of legal agreements, correspondence, and other relevant documents

- Assisting in convening board and shareholders' meetings and ensuring compliance with company law requirements.

- Advising business on legal and secretarial matters

- Support the organisations responsibilities under various Anti Money Laundering laws, rules and regulations

- Preparation and review of various regulatory reports / submissions, internal processes / policies and other documents and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory framework.

- Assisting in the Internal Audit / SEBI Inspection related matters

- To Update policy(ies) and manuals and ensure relevant compliances

- Provide assistance in ensuring specified compliances of SEBI (Mutual Fund) Regulations,

- Other responsibilities that may be assigned.

What makes you a Great Fit?

- C.A. / C.S. / LLB

- 2-10 years of total experience

- Experience in the AIF and / or Mutual Fund industry in secretarial, legal and compliance activities will be added advantage

- Ability to work within stringent timelines

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
