- Design and Implement PAN Bank communication plan
- Measure and track progress
Employee Engagement :
- Drive VOICE - organization wide engagement survey for the Bank
- Manage the implementation of the survey
- Project Manage the action Planning process for the Regionals and centrally
- Design and Implement on key initiatives towards improving engagements Centrally
Listening Environment :
- Build Listening Infrastructure at different frequency Annual, Qtrly/ Monthly etc, Real; Time Polling
- Design and implement standardized process for communicating the feedback
- Design and Drive interventions centrally based on the feedback
Employee Communication :
- Drive employee communication and design campaigns for Key TM-OE-NI interventions
- Build external and internal partners towards continuously improving the quality of communication
- Major Stakeholders (intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties)
- HR team - HRBP, Regional HR teams, TA, L&D, HR Tech , Marketing and Corp Communication
