Principal Accountabilities
1. Reviewing & issuing of sanctioned letters of real estate clients.
2. Review of executed documents submitted by the borrower as per stipulation mentioned in the sanctioned letter.
3. Processing & reviewing initial & subsequent disbursement of Real Estate clients as per the stipulated disbursement milestone.
4. Ensuring the compliance of Post Disbursement Documents & maintaining of MIS for PDD.
5. Periodically monitoring the covenants as per terms and conditions agreed in the sanction letter & ensure the closure of the same within the defined timeline.
6. Ensure & review the DSRA instruments on weekly/Weekly basis & provide the update to the management.
7. Co-ordination with Banks & Business for smooth functioning of escrow mechanism.
8. Handling miscellaneous monitoring activities of Real Estate clients.
9. End to end manage the monitoring of the accounts assigned & intimate the same if any material change to the business unit.
10. The person should be able to independently handle DSRA & Escrow related MIS of PAN India real estate portfolio.
11. The person will be the one point contact person for Escrow/DSRA related coordination with Banks & Trustee.
Salary Offered : 5 - 15 LPA
