Team Member - Accounts - CA 2014 to 2016 Batch - Listed Company - Delhi
- Preparation and maintenance of consolidated financial statements for the organization including its subsidiaries
- Develop and maintain system for prompt and timely maintenance of financial and accounting information incorporating changes on account of latest developments in accounting standards
-Preparation of standalone/Consolidated accounts after incorporating 18 subsidiaries (including 6 foreign subsidiaries) every quarter and complying with requirements of:
- Listing Obligations (earlier Clause 41 of the listing agreements) with stock exchanges
- Companies Act (Including Schedule III)
- Ind AS/Accounting Standards/other IGAAP
- Liaison with actuary/units for actuarial valuation of employee benefits e.g. Gratuity, EL, ML and LSA
- Compliance with MSMED Act
- Quarterly analysis of trial balance and P&L variations for different businesses across the organization
- Responsible for ensuring the implementation of any changes made to the accounts due to concerned bank developments.
- Monitor posting of bank related documentations/transaction in SAP system
- Prepare monthly corporate MIS report stating the comparison of expenses and budget of the corporate functions
- Responsible for collection of data
