Position: Team Member - Accounts Payable & Receivable

Location: Dubai South (DWC) or Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai

CTC - 5000-6000 AED Permonth

India based candidates will work fine if they are willing to move to Dubai

Role Overview:

Dynamic manufacturing company seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage financial transactions and ensure operational excellence in payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Processing & Management

- Execute ERP entries for bank cash, AP, and AR transactions

- Process vendor invoices and manage timely payments while maintaining accurate transaction records

- Generate customer invoices and manage collections process

- Prepare comprehensive MIS reports

Vendor & Customer Relations:

- Evaluate vendor/customer contracts and pricing

- Coordinate with production and procurement teams

- Handle payment inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies

- Manage overdue payment follow-ups

Month-End Processes:

- Support month-end closing activities

- Perform inter-company reconciliation

- Prepare supporting schedules and post adjusting journal entries

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

- CA/CMA Intermediate with 2-3 years experience OR

- Masters in Commerce with 4-5 years experience

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

Strong command over Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Understanding of manufacturing financial processes

Knowledge of UAE tax regulations related to accounts payable

Position is based in Dubai with flexibility between Dubai South (DWC) or Dubai Investment Park (DIP) locations.
