Required Skill Set :

1. Incumbent will be responsible for managing central team of operation people those who look after multi activities related to business operation.

2. Sound exposure related to planning and controlling

3. Handling complete business operation and supporting to business stakeholders.

4. Coordinating with other functional people related to business operation and improving the operational efficiency.

5. Developing of KRAs for the team members and its implementation

6. Providing leadership and strategic support to team those who look after purchase order/supply chain operation activities.

7. Sound exposure into supply chain operation /Centre of Excellence.

8. Handling business analytic activities and supporting to the management in business decision making.

9. Incumbent will be responsible for handling lot of improvement projects.
