Team Manager - Retirement & Payroll - BFSI

- Manage the end to end activities pertaining to the Retirement Benefits.

- Providing leadership, strategic direction to the team and ensuring efficient and high quality services to Customers.

- Understanding current processing methodology and output for each country and review standards.

- Handle new automation's and migrations; ensure automation's planned within the processes, smooth migration of country process into with structured project management process and timelines.

- Enhance the work discipline levels and professional methods currently in use and build systematic thinking and approach.

- Ensure performance management program planned is effectively administered eliminating any subjectivity.

- Explore automation of transactional and increasingly complex activities to create capacity and achieve improved accuracy levels, cost save, go green besides improving quality of skills
