Team Manager Raw Material Purchase - Strategic Sourcing - Chemical / Allied Industry

- Categories to handle - Raw materials, Energy, Precious Metals and Hedging.

- Establish, analyze, and optimize the business's procurement strategy ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Vendor development & Management - Vendor Selection Criteria &Vendor Evaluations

- Managing Vendor Performance - Delivery, Cost, Quality etc.

- Collect and interpret procurement data including cost analysis reporting, benchmarking spendidentifying cost drivers/macro-economic factors/supply risk/price cost analysis etc.

- Perform regular reviews of established procurement processes to ensure continual improvement.

- Subsequently refining policies, due diligence questionnaires and RFP templates.

- Ensure Quality and Security of supplies.

- Ensure sustainability actions in procurement.

- Use of Digital tools in purchasing process.

- Applies strategies to ensure cost reduction with long term plan

Candidate Requirement :

- BE/ BTECH , MBA in SCM will be an added advantage

- Candidates should have extensive experience in logistics and should have handled huge volume of raw materials.

- Candidate should worked at least for 100 Crores worth projects monthly,.

- Candidate should have experience in domestic and international purchasing.

- Logistic experience ( Sea and road)

- Good in commercial and legal teams

- Good communication

- Candidates across India, willing to work in south preferred
