Job Description :
Drive continuous improvement culture through training, co-ordination and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations in KPO/BPO
Identifying key opportunity areas and drive improvement initiatives to attain process excellence
Facilitate, Coach and Mentor team in Lean/ Six Sigma
Work as Lean Navigator and Lean Leader in deployment of Operation Clarity.
Should deliver client presentations, business development and presales support for continuous improvement and innovation.
Identify the gap between customer requirement and current processes and put appropriate control to bridge the gap
Pivotal role in developing and deploying governance model for Lean Six Sigma process improvements across multiple engagements
End to End support to various processes.
Profile of Desired Candidate :
Must be certified Green Belt from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology
Must have experience in BFS domain & reputed KPO is preferred.
Must have 6 years of work experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skill
