Roles & Responsibilities:

- Leading and handling the team of 6-8 Recruitment Sales Consultants by driving them towards their goal achievement

- Setting targets, implementing the guidelines and monitoring the team performance

- Lead Generation and strategically driving team to bring business to the organization

- Handling & maintaining relationship with clients & key stakeholders.

- Keeping abreast with the latest market and industry trends

- Identify areas of improvement and training needs if any and strive to exceed the benchmarks

- Tracking the team's KPI's and KRA's regularly so as to provide a cohesive working environment of learning and growing

- Playing a crucial role in building and supporting the team within the vertical and organization.

- Contributing in training subordinates and associates

The Successful Candidate:

We are open to consider candidates from diverse experience and background; however, the candidate must fulfill the below criteria:

- 6+ years of experience in handling large teams & generating excellent results while building relationships with client & internal stakeholders.

- A dynamic and agile person with ability to work in hustling fast-paced aggressive environment. A creative individual with clutter breaking campaign ideas to improve KPIs

- A data driven person to analyze data, identify learnings, and leverage them on campaigns

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with design and copy teams on creatives
