Role Overview :
- Responsible for meeting the organisations' hiring objectives across business verticals (IT/ITES/RPO).
- Formulate strategy to fulfil all requirements within Service Level Agreement and cost-effective mechanisms ensuring good quality candidates
Key Accountabilities :
- Ensuring an appropriate hiring plan exists for the business and effective strategies for fulfilment with
- Responsible for quality and efficiency of recruitment procedures in line with compliance requirement
- Responsible for managing team for appropriate sourcing and talent hiring with target driven approach
- Create organisation brand and presence in social media to enhance candidate attraction and retention
- Using cost effective and various mechanisms as a combination to meet different requirements (IT, Staffing, Operations)
- Act as an advisor for hiring managers on various aspects like interviewing methods, compliance and governance
- Enhance the technology and automation usage in recruitment function (ATS, excel etc.)
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage and follow principles of Equal Employment Opportunities, Diversity & Inclusion.
- Individually responsible for head hunting for specific roles
- Reporting / Dashboards
- Efficient Vendor Management, ensure the cost should not exceed 'X%' of the total hiring cost.
- Responsible for 3rd party engagement, campus hiring, job portals or any recruitment campaigns.
- Build and develop strategic talent pools in line with business requirements
- Responsible for internal resourcing, job application
- Identify and utilise a broad range of active / passive candidate attraction strategies, websites and networking groups to meet requirements
- Manage any escalations from the stake holders
- Awareness of latest recruiting trends and implement strategies to ensure better offer to joiner ratio.
- Implement strategies to minimise the hiring loss
- Analyse data / information to gain market insights and feed in to HR, business
Skills & Experience :
Must Have :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT and ITES recruitment with Team handling experience.
Good understanding of hiring in:
- IT technologies like Java, Dot Net, Front End, Angular, Full Stack, DevOps, AWS, Cloud, Azure, Power BI, Oracle, SQL, MSBI, UI/UX, Mobile Application, RPA, Testing, DBA, PeopleSoft
- ITES (US & UK Recruitment) - back-end / front-end
- RPO (voice / non-voice)
- Experience in conducting HR screening and interviews
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
- Attention to and eye for detail
- Working experience of using collaborative tools for interviews like MicroSoft Teams etc.
- Good working experience of MS Office -Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
- Should be good in MIS & data handling and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, co-ordinate with candidates, stakeholders and colleagues
- Proficiency planning, time management and multitasking
- Experience in employee on-boarding, prepare and issue various letters
Advantageous :
- Prior experience in bulk hiring for IT / ITes product-based company

- Ability to manage target-based, high volumes hiring numbers
