- Conduct surprise audits (Onsite /Offsite reviews) of branches

- Publishing of fact sheet and sharing of draft report to the branch leadership

- Timely release of visit report to the branch leadership

- Timely closure of the report in coordination with branch leadership

- Report deviances cases of Exceptions Non-adherence by branches to the senior management for disciplinary action.

- Raising proactive warning alerts Red flags to operation and Business team - Cluster Head (Service & Operations)/ Cluster Head/ Regional Head (Service & Operations) / Regional Head/ Zonal Head (Service & Operations)/ Zonal Head/ Business Head

- Identifying Operational gaps in branches and recommending necessary actions against any exceptions or process lapses.

- Conducting risk assessment on the policies and procedures and recommending suitable changes.

- Seeking responses on identified exceptions raised by central office from the respective branches

- Learn understand new processes

- Act as a Helpline for branches in understanding and implementing the Branch processes.

- Training branches on processes where exceptions are high to ensure smooth Operations at branches resulting in to good customer service and within TAT which will also lead to minimum Complaints for branch.
