Job description:

- Manage a team of 10-12 front line employees, support and guide the team members in achieving their monthly/quarterly/yearly targets

- Align team members to people and business objectives of the Company

- Conduct learning and development sessions for team at regular intervals

- Initiate lead generation activities to support assigned team to deliver quality & profitable growth by doing need-based selling

- Identify new revenue generation opportunities and maximize market share

Role:

- Build Relationship with emp and creating new Business.

- Responsibility to achieve Branch Health, Non-Health, SME product target.

- Engaging with existing customer and managing renewal data.

- Branch wise target set.

- Weekly once Product training conducts.

- Day to day business updating to Region Head.
