- To Build a team and manage the existing team and serve as the primary relationship manager for high net worth and affluent clients, while seeing to the execution of the company's strategic and operational goals.

- Meeting with clients in person to discuss financial goals and needs, including making recommendations for investment products.

- Explaining various products and services to prospective clients.

- Serving as a liaison between the organisation and clients, managing accounts and investments, and providing financial services.

- Reviewing clients' current investment portfolios and recommending changes to meet their needs.
