Team Leader - US Taxation - Consulting Firm - Federal, State and Individual Taxation

Have accumulative work experience of over 11 years with 8 years of experience in US Taxation which includes :

- Extensive experience in US Individual Federal and State Returns.

- Have an in depth knowledge of Tax Equalization, Hypothetical Tax Calculation, Cost Projection, Tax Notices.

- Review and signing of US federal and state individual tax returns, tax equalizations, hypothetical tax calculations, tax notice responses.

- Responsible with the day to day managing of a team of 20 Members with other managers in the team.

- Communicating with US offices for engagement management.

- Allocating work to the team members.

- Planning and prioritizing between multiple deliverables.

- Keeping a track of engagements in terms of Quality
