Act as a senior member of the staffing team, working closely with the Staffing, Finance and Office Leadership, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for the end to end staffing engagement. In addition to the core primary role, also support the staffing reporting for office and enable the staffing decision making.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
STAFFING OPERATIONS AND REPORTING
- This role involves supporting the staffing operations by owning the reporting, analysis and maintenance of staffing information from Staffing Systems for the offices - and closely support the business operations and utilization tracking.
- Manage staffing processes and databases to a high level of accuracy, including updating the overall allocation database, creating availability summary emails, updating the availability sheet, and owning a variety of weekly/monthly staffing reports.
Staffing - Allocations
- Responsible for staffing for consulting support teams, with following key objectives:
- Ensure optimal matching of people needs, firm's needs & client requirements
- Execute a fair and transparent staffing process
- Coordinate with service line leadership on pipeline and staffing needs, and communicate assignment of opportunities
- Work closely with Finance team to ensure maximum accuracy of Staffing system
Management of capacity
- Coordinate capacity within Service line leadership
- Manage flex capacity by assigning inflow of case requests/demand
Staffing Capacity Reporting and Visibility
- Manage the local Staffing System on a daily basis and accurately publishing the weekly Resource Snapshot / staffing sheet
- Collecting staffing data from different departments and capturing the details into the staffing tool
- Identifying gaps and preparing weekly reconciliation of Time sheet data with Staffing system
- Publishing utilization data at case and business unit level to respective Managers
- Prepare monthly dashboards and spreadsheet for sharing with office leads
- Respond to ad hoc staffing information requests at local and global levels (as required)
Survey:
- Regular reach-outs to update case records and trigger feedback forms for completed cases
- Provide Survey dashboard to managers and senior leadership team on fortnightly basis
Projects:
- From time to time, re-visit the staffing process and guidelines to improve efficiency and effectiveness, in line with above objectives
- Continuously improve local staffing processes and support regional & global staffing initiatives as required
- Lead or support office projects as required, e.g. working with Finance to improve visibility on revenue and utilization
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate/PG degree with 10+ years of work experience in HR/Resource Management/Staffing.
- Should be well versed with Excel and Presentation skills
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism
- Ability to synthesize analysis, recommend actions and prioritize next steps
