- Team building, Managing, and generating business from team of 5-10 Wealth Managers.
- Business Development and should take care of sales for all Wealth Investment products.
- Overall responsible for revenue generation through sale of Wealth Investment, Third Party Products TPP.
- Responsible for day to day sales planning and revenue achievement of team.
- Handling Ultra HNI's and Corporate clients and maintain daily contacts with them.
- Serving Institutional Clients & Corporate clients of the company.
- Managing the funds of Corporates, Regional Broking Houses and HNI.
- Responsible for Portfolio Management Services, Structure products
- Coordinating between Branch Sales & Ops for smoother business flow.
- Adapting to policy changes and upgrading product knowledge from time to time and downloading the same to the sales team.
- Handling customer complaints from time to time and resolving them.
- Visiting premium customers when ever situation demands.
- Directing the team to achieve the cross sell targets along with the core business.
- Upgrading market knowledge, competitor information and equipping the team with necessary counter measures to tackle the competition and generate business.
