- Meet the Revenue targets for self and assigned team

- Proposing Asset allocation/Portfolio maintenance/Review of portfolio, Manage the distribution of leads/resources to the team to ensure optimum manpower utilization & plan sales activity

- Have sales hurdle with the team & make sure a continuous interaction is carried among the team members & solve all related problems of the Premier Wealth Managers

- Ensure regrettable attrition is under control

- Coach & train Premier Wealth Managers on all products.
