RM Team Leader - Banking - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:-

- The incumbent is responsible to ensure the team of relationship managers effectively manage their portfolios thereby ensuring value deepening through existing customers, cross sell and portfolio growth by acquisition of new to bank customers

- To ensure the team meet their goal sheet targets as assigned. Will be required to go on join calls and build relationships and personally interact with the top clients in the portfolio to deepen and enhance relationships

- To ensure that the relationship managers provide world class customer service to their portfolio customers and ensure all processes are followed as laid down within the bank s audit and compliance framework

- Ensures the RMs capture and maximize business opportunity through detailed client profiling as per organizational process Core.

- RM performance across Goal sheet targets are met across all bank products, including New to Bank customer acquisitions, Liabilities, Investments, Insurance, Trade FOREX and Assets. Should be able to rigorously monitor cross-sell on the portfolio as well as sales process compliance across RMs.

- Complete requirements for Investments AMFI, IRDA and YBL COC for RMs along with HCM and Compliance. Regular review of RMs to ensure that they comply with processes and meet operational guidelines. Will be responsible to drive high contactability and service levels on the RM portfolio.

- Work with HR team to ensure recruitment of RMs will be responsible for recruiting RMs, mentoring and training them. Should build capability across RMs for them to be able to independently manage and grow business.
