Role Description:
Client Engagement:.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
Required Candidate profile:
- Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive job specifications and understand the desired candidate profiles for all open positions, Non-IT recruitment.
- Should have proven expertise recruiting for clients in BFSI and related Industries.
- Build a team of 4 -5 recruiters and supervise their work to ensure they are meeting key recruiting metrics and targets Candidate Sourcing and Screening:.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals such as Naukri, Linkedin, Shine etc, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including cold calling, interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a robust candidate database and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Should have done senior level hirings.
Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the company, culture, job description and Interview process.
Negotiation and Offer Management:.
- Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, including salary and benefits discussions.
- Manage the offer and acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
Qualifications and Skills:.
- Any Bachelor's degree; MBA ( HR ) is preferred.
- Proven experience in non-IT recruitment with a recruitment agency is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a quick thinker and decision maker.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Highly ambitious, self motivated and a go-getter with a growth mind set.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven expertise in client management and team management.
- Solid expertise in sectors BFSI.
