Skills & Experience :

- Graduate with 6-7 years of work experience in Quality monitoring/initiatives, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Self-assessment or other review procedures

- Extensive understanding of Risk Management function and initiatives

- Ability to grasp the business requirement and come up with apt solutions and alternatives tha improves the efficiencies in Q&RM activities

- Excellent presentation and reporting skills utilizing the technology/tools to the maximum

- Good inter-personal skills as the role requires working with people at different levels within

- Assurance team

- Attention to detail and result-oriented

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Be the primary point of contact for all Q&RM related activities or queries for location

- Coordinate with different locations, maintain consistency, ensure regular contacts and meet deadlines for completing all Q&RM activities

- Support planning, implementation, monitoring, compliance and reporting of Q&RM policies and initiatives, and ensure regular communication within Assurance team

- Draft, implement and manage the development of Quality and Risk Management policies and procedures. Manage and ensure compliance of Independence and other regulatory time-bound requirements for the audit teams.

- Stay informed of relevant Audit and Accounting Standards, regulatory requirements and current business/economic developments relevant to the business and acquires comprehensive risk management knowledge.

- Review, supervise and conduct in-depth investigations on work paper management which includes clean desk, shredding and share drive clean up policies at Assurance.

- Prepare compliance reports/ presentations for Leadership. Lead and co-ordinate Audit Quality Review (AQR) and peer reviews including self-assessment activities.

- Conduct regular training for new hires on Q&RM requirements Liaise closely with the audit teams including Managers and members of other departments to create a strong communication channel. Suggest ideas for improvement in Q&RM projects.

- Strategic and analytical thinking, be able to work with time restraints
