We are looking for a Strong HRMS professional for a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500. They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries
Role : Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- To plan, design, develop and implement new projects on new modules, existing businesses and localizations along with complete functional ownership of a Talent Management to ensure scaling and effectiveness of automated HR Processes across the group
- Ensure all employees of the group are on the same HRMS including all staff and workmen
- Engage with specific businesses to gather HRMS solutions that would be required and develop solutions/ processes to streamline HR processes in businesses
- Functional Ownership of Talent Management
- Implementation of localizations in the HRMS processes
- Implementation of common HR Portal
