Job responsibilities:
Key Role focuses on :
1. Influencing internal key stakeholders - Creating Point of View for Top Management buy in, in areas of our work which is futuristic in nature
2. Conceptualizing and Designing, experimenting, piloting interventions in the area of Employee communication & engagement, Diversity, wellness /enrich Lives
3. Building capability and working closely with BCOE's to implement our design and strategy
4. Be seen as the - go TO- , subject matter expert in these areas
5. Constantly learning and hand holding stakeholders through change management process and systems thinking
6. Deeply understanding the Business challenges to recommend / support customized solutions
7. Research on compliance related areas and creating policies on statutory compliances like - New act on Whistle Blower, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Code of conduct
8. Build the next generation organization by engaging in cutting edge research and benchmarking to be ahead of the curve in organizational effectiveness practices globally
9. Leverage Employee Engagement & Wellness as a tool to enhance personal productivity
Qualifications: MBA only from premier institutes
