Role: Team Leader
Job description
As a Team Leader at our marketing agency, you will be a pivotal force in driving the success of our marketing teams. Your primary role will be to lead and support a group of marketing professionals, ensuring their productivity, efficiency, and cohesion. Youll play a crucial part in executing marketing strategies and achieving targets. Key duties include:
1. Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and guide a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
2. Goal Setting: Work with team members to set clear and achievable marketing goals, aligned with the agency s objectives and client requirements.
3. Strategy Execution: Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and meet quality standards.
4. Performance Management: Regularly assess team members performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance appraisals to drive improvement.
5. Training and Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and facilitate training and development programs to enhance their expertise.
6. Client Liaison: Collaborate with the account management team to understand client needs and ensure the marketing strategies meet and exceed expectations.
7. Resource Allocation: Manage resources and workload distribution within the team to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
8. Problem Solving: Address challenges and obstacles faced by the team during projects, finding solutions and encouraging innovative thinking.
9. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, providing insights to the team and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
10. Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and with other departments to achieve seamless project execution.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with at least 1 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
- In-depth understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with team members and clients effectively.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities to tackle marketing challenges.
