Team Leader - Job Analysis & Evaluation - Conglomerate - IIM/ISB/XLRI/TISS

We are hiring for a team leader for Job Analysis and Evaluation for a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500. They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of its revenues flow from its overseas operations spanning 36 countries.

Role : Team Leader-Job Analysis and Evaluation

Job Purpose :

- To lead the job analysis and evaluation process for better role clarity. Provide thought leadership in designing and defining JAE processes and ensure JAE inputs into key HR processes across all businesses and geographies

Responsibilities :

- Role clarity and capability building: learning and employee communication on aspects of role clarity and leveraging JE principles for the managers

- Build systems and processes to enable businesses to implement JAE

- Structural analysis and productivity: to make recommendations on the organization structure and support change management initiatives

Qualifications and Skills :

- 8+ yrs of exp

- MBA from tier-1 B Schools only

- Prior experience of handling large employee base and international geographies
