Job Title: Team Manager - Internal Audit

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting to: CEO/CFO

Location: Noida Sec 135

Compensation: As per market standard

Prerequisite:

- The candidate should have a qualification of CA.

- Should demonstrate sound knowledge of auditing and analytical skills.

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.

- A self-motivated learner who contributes to a culture of excellence and lifts the performance of the entire team.

- Strong Excel and software experience

- Should have post qualification experience of atleast10 years in the same field with a company of good repute or from reputed chartered accountant firms which have internal audit as their core domain.

Audit Manager Job Requirements:

- Coordinating and developing internal auditing processes.

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures.

- Supervising and conducting independent audits.

- Preparing analysis for departments.

- Conducting investigations on irregularities and errors.

- Drafting recommendations on corrective measures.

- Advising executives.

- Seeking robust resolution to the risk areas and ensure its timely implementation.

- Strong and effective follow-up with all concerned in the organization to obtain the requisite data and feedback on the follow-up requirements on timely basis.

- Close coordination with Internal Audit firm/s appointed by the company.

- To map robust internal audit plan in discussion with CEO and CFO for the calendar year. The same is placed before the Audit Committee for its formal approval.

- To work in close coordination with CEO and CFO for related matters.

- To ensure the plan is followed and all such related areas are covered as mentioned in the audit plan.

- To make a representation before the Audit Committee as and when required.
