Job description:
- Outbound sales Team handling experience(minimum 20 admission counselor)
- Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses
- Should be Indusial and Team target
- Recording and maintaining and Calling on given leads
- Maintaining telephonic and walk-in record for the data
Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
