Team Leader - Equity Advisory & BD - Franchisee Biz


- Handling a team of 5 to 6 Equity advisors. Manage and monitor advisory piece at micro level, scale up business or revenue through quality advisory and taking corrective measure or strategy to build strong rapport with associates and top 30-40 customers.


- For building strong advisory desk will have to ensure regular trainings and skill upgradation for team meets, Should be well verse with capital market and strong hold on domestic and global equities; Will be co-ordinating with numbers of departments like RMS/Branches and few other critical depts on daily basis.

Key Deliverables:

1. Developing & Managing Franchisee Business Partners of specific region.

2. Managing day to day or daily client risk.

3. Strategy for monthly business along with driving daily revenue and other KRA's . Review every 15 days on set targets also attend their queries or issues if any. Join them on large client meet.

4. To coordinate with CSE for account opening along with resolving client queries like software download, terminal issue, stock transfer and collection of funds.

5. Monitoring closely on monthly sales through this team and pushing them for sourcing large customers as business sourced by them get offloaded on advisory desk so both advisory and branch sales are interconnected.

6. Keep a check on Revenue generation, Brokerage and Account opening.

7. Visit to BA office as per Business need and requirement.

8. Cross-Selling of products related to Equity, derivatives & Insurance.

9. Conduct meetings - Personal and Video Call with Business Partner & Clients.

10. To Deliver Regular Webinar and Seminar for Business Developments.

11. Set the Right Processes in the team and automate wherever required.

12.Coordinating with different departments for smooth transactions

Role Requirements:

- Educational Qualifications: Graduate / MBA

- Additional Certification: NISM

- Prior Experience: 5+ years in broking business.

- Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of broking, operations knowledge, risk profiling of client along with technical and fundamental understanding.

IT Skill: Knowledge of trading applications, MS Office etc.

- Should have excellent understanding of Derivatives, specifically Option strategies

- Must have good communication and should be aggressive and passionate about market
