As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring smooth functioning of the customer delight team. For this role, we are looking for young and energetic individuals with excellent growth history in the last 3-4 years.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Training and helping the team on soft skills, processes, and best practices
- Managing and leading a team of 7-8 individuals
- Responsibility of productivity for the entire team
- Task allocation to team members based on geography and time-slots
- Improving client NPS by ensuring team members give excellent customer experience
- Sharing feedback with central and local teams on changes required in the product/process
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer delight and at least 2 years of experience in team handling and maximum overall experience of 7 years
- Should have good communication skills
- Smart candidates with good understanding of the product
- Basic knowledge of excel is a plus
- Expertise in the local language, Hindi and English
