Required : MBA / Masters with 12-16 years of relevant experience

Business Intelligence is an integral part of various business decisions, performance reporting, product evaluation and innovations. BI also acts as custodian of customer information and is an important enabler for implementing various customer facing decisions. The BI division works closely with Retail, Commercial, Operations and International businesses.

Team BI comprises of analysts and team leaders who use the knowledge of analytics, statistics, economics and technology to solve business problems. The team also looks after a number of critical customer relationship management systems and project manages a number of initiatives in these areas.

The team is looking for an experienced professional who has demonstrated track record of leadership position in analytics.

Knowledge/Technical Skills :

- Managing business interface to conceptualize analytics solutions to business problems.

- Taking ownership of projects from conceptualization to implementation.

- Ability to manage change and to provide leadership in the area of complex data management solutions.

- Sound understanding of analytics techniques and technologies in the area of analytics.

Personal Skills :

- Ability to engage meaningfully with senior business leaders and external stakeholders

- Confident with ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to work on multiple assignments

- Ability to manage a team
