This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Team Leader BPO.
- As a Team Leader BPO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of BPO agents to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the BPO department.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring team performance, providing guidance and support to team members, resolving escalated issues, and implementing process improvements.
- You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a BPO environment.
- Strong team management skills and a process-oriented approach.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in relevant software applications and tools
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
- Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent experience
