Hiring for a Leading Private Sector Bank

Objective :

To identify/understand the automation and digitization needs of the Internal audit department and engage with the Bank's technology solutions teams to develop the same, or with external vendors to acquire relevant tools/applications.

Job Description :

Team Leader - Automation in Internal audit team will have to deliver the following in a timely manner:

- Understanding of Internal audit processes/procedures, to identify/understand the automation and digitization needs of the Internal audit department.

- Knowledge of tools and applications used across Banks, which can be acquired or developed to meet the internal audit requirements.

- Stakeholder management/Coordination/Networking with other inter and intra department team members, especially with Internal audit and technology teams.

- Understanding business requirements and converting them in Business Requisition documents for Technology team.

- Development of various audit Exception Reports.

- Identifying opportunities for automation and digitization and running projects to deliver the same.

- Continuous Offsite monitoring of control tests across different audit entities and preparing dashboards for the same.

- Delivery of various projects as per committed timelines.
