We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Team Leader to manage and drive our B2B SaaS sales team. In this role, you will lead a team of inside sales representatives, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals. You'll be responsible for coaching, training, and motivating your team to generate and close leads, while also collaborating with other departments to optimize sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales reps.
- Team Size 8-10 of seasoned inside sales managers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and closing activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales processes.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS/Start-Up sales, preferably in a TL role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales pipeline management.
- 5+ years of experience
