Team Leader/AM - Transfer Agency - BFSI

One of our leading financial clients is looking for Team Leader role with relevant experience in Transfer agency for Both Bangalore and Pune locations.

Job Details :

Designation : Team Leader / Team Leader officer

Experience : 7 - 10 Years (Team Handling 1 -2 Years on Papers is Mandatory.)

Skill set : Experience Transfer agency

Location : Bangalore or Pune

Shift : Flexible

Responsibilities :

- Candidates with Financial reporting, Cash settlements in Transfer Agency or Fund Services space.

- Working knowledge of Client money regulations(CASS), Unit Trust and OEIC administration or FCA/ HMRC regulatory Environment is highly preferred.

- Demonstrate a good understanding of Settlements & Payments Process.

- Demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of Reconciliation & Payments Process.

- Basic Accounting knowledge

- Prior experience of handling migrations, fund mergers and process restructuring
