1) Business Metrics - Revenue of Rs 3 Cr, per TL (+Team), averaged over FY22-24
Cross sell of at least 50 cases of non MF products, each month, per zone.
2) Retention of active BPs per month - At least 45 BPs per month, per RM to be active - defined as >4 SIPs per month above min threshold of SIPs
3) Headcount - Maintaining of at least 95% of approved headcount as present all throughout the years. Training & development of these team members.
4) Competition mapping - Tight eye on competition activities in local geographies to ensure awareness and improvement of offering to BPs / clients.
5) Compliance - Tight check on adherence to all processes related to but not only Money Laundering, Code of conduct, etc across zone
