JD :

- Responsible for managing a team of investigators and approve reports of cases of Fraud/Attempted Fraud/Corruption.

- Discuss and approve the Case Plan Document

- Guide investigators to conduct investigations and submission of findings. Also, will be required to investigate cases which are highly sensitive and may expose bank to higher risk.

- Identify process lapses/control weaknesses and recommend improvements/ suggestions to plug the same.

- Ensure closure of action points emanating from various Investigation reports.

- Work closely with the MIS team to ensure that the KPI's are adhered to.

- Ensure that processes are benchmarked to best practices and peer banks.

- Support the Head Investigation in keeping Fraud policy current and updated.
