Team Lead - Ultra Heat Treatment - (Processed Dairy/Food Products)

Our Client, a Leading Processed Food and Dairy products Manufacturing group is looking out for a Unit Head - UHT to be based at Baramati, Maharashtra.

Qualification : B. Sc. Dairy Technology, B. Tech Dairy Technology/Food Technology, M. Tech Dairy Technology/PG

Experience : 15 to 20 Years, majority of which in Processed Food/ Dairy industry.

Role :

- Meeting the quantity and quality requirements of customers

- Maintaining and improving existing systems and facilities for efficiency and cost reduction.

- Keeping the partner morale high to retain them.

- Ensure the team is motivated to meet goals through constant interaction, advice and training.

- Consult suppliers, outside agencies and in-house experts to improve the systems and solve problems.

- Understand the requirements of customers and satisfy them accordingly.

- Interact with prospective customers to know their needs and make them understand the technical capabilities of the system to process their product.

- Monitor the existing QMS and ensure strict adherence to it.

- Appraise management the training requirements of the partners and implement them as scheduled.

- Implement cost reduction activities and monitor benefits.

- Monitor Material Balance, Productivity, Partner safety, Food safety, and cost of operations.
