Role: Team Leader - Treasury Sales

Location: Coimbatore

Purpose of the role:

Manage a team of relationship managers for treasury sales for SME clients.

- To understand client's Forex exposure, and offer hedging solutions (Forwards / Options etc).

- To ensure smooth end-to-end deal process (initiation & closure of a deal)

- To initiate NCA's and increase wallet share of existing clients

- End-to-End coordination with Relationship team for limit setup

Key deliverables:

- Initiate New client acquisitions (NCA- s) with regular exposure,non-regular like PE investments

- Provide Channel services (like Specialized Desk, Fxonline, FxonCall, SMS alerts) as per clients- requirements

- Channel Activations

- Derivative/Forward Limit setup

- Post deal docs coordination

Person Requirements:

Key Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

- Fundamental & Technical analysis knowledge on Fx Markets

- Global trends (outlook)

Competencies:

- Selling skills

- Domain knowledge on FX markets, Products, Trade

Qualification: CA / MBA from Tier1 Campus

- 7-12 years of relevant experience.
