Job Brief

Looking for an experienced team lead to help write new features, design and build useful API methods, and improve the reliability of our systems as we quickly grow. You can and want to write code end-to-end. You would enjoy designing a system for speed and scale.

Our main tools that we use to build Kissht are PHP, Python, MySQL, MongoDB and Linux -- reliable tools that the Kissht team knows well and trusts. Knowing these tools would be a huge plus but having familiarity with other common web languages (such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby) and relational databases are fine substitutes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Leading team of software developer & architect, taking ownership of entire design development and maintenance of application process, leading to successful delivery of the build or migration project

Serves as technical design lead and recommends build decisions for software components

Expert in Strategizing, designing and implementing highly efficient solution on Public Cloud (Amazon Web Services, Azure or GCP) for security, resilience, performant, networking, availability, Blue-green deployments in context of business application.

Drives architecture and the design of enterprise mobile/web/API solutions at scale

Ensures adherence with central enterprise architecture frameworks and standards

Has deep exposure to all aspects of engineering, modern web, desktop & mobile application architectural design

Required Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

- 6 + years of experience in hard core development in predominantly product development companies

- Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of building scalable and reliable services on Cloud

- Architecture & Design

- Solid experience of designing end-to-end architecture and design of applications using one or more platforms for large-scale high-throughput solutions

- Experience in collaborating with the team in reviewing application architecture.
