Team Lead/Team Manager - Equities Valuation - ITeS

Required strong working experience into Equity Derivative products

- Background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

- Working knowledge of Equity Derivative Products

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to observe and interpret

- Keen eye for potential control deficiencies and desire/ability to rectify

- Attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong Excel, Access, PowerPoint skills

- Ability to work in pressure oriented environment with tight recurring deadlines (mid-month, month end, quarter end, year end, regulatory, audit)

- Relationship Building & Management

- Ability to seek efficiencies in work, leveraging VCG and the firm

- Teamwork oriented

- Eagerness to learn new skills

- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters is preferred
