- Dive deep and helping members to increase sourcing through all available channels

- Must be good at Data/Excel/Google sheet

- Shall publish Daily/Weekly reports

- Relevant Experience in Non IT recruitment process and platforms.

- Great understanding and knowledge of Job Portals.

- Good negotiation Skills.

- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
