The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of the recruitment process in South Asia.

- Be an effective partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for complex/niche roles tailored to Front Sales, Marketing, R&D and GBS roles

- Craft and oversee employer branding activities that attract top talent from all backgrounds, emphasizing the organization's commitment to DE&I and a positive work environment.

- Process Improvement Catalyst:

- Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process, focusing on enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall candidate experience.

- Metrics & Data-Driven Decisions:

- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and DE&I metrics.

- Implement data-driven solutions to optimize the recruitment process.

Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists

Compliance & Innovation:

- Ensure adherence to all labor laws, regulations, and the organization's DE&I policies.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and process optimization through ongoing learning.
