Team Lead - Solutions Engineering
Pre- and Post-sales and Solution Architecture:
- Utilize extensive technical knowledge to drive pre-sales activities and support the sales team in understanding and meeting client needs.
- Product presentations and technical sessions for prospects and also orchestrating successful Proof of Concepts, addressing responses to RFPs.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized solution architectures that align with their business objectives.
- Ability to communicate the value of the solution in terms of financial return and impact on customer business goals.
- Guide the technical team towards the successful implementation and deployment of projects, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every phase. Provide strategic direction and support to ensure seamless project execution, fostering collaboration and achieving optimal results.
Client Engagement:- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and understanding of their requirements.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of solutions.
Technical Expertise:- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, ensuring the technical team remains at the forefront of technology.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Focused approach on ensuring that the technical team completes certifications from various OEMs, including Fortinet, Netskope, PaloAlto, Zscaler, Aquilai, etc.
Cross-functional Collaboration:- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Team Leadership:- Lead, manage, and mentor the team of Network Security Consultants to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Solutions Engineering team.
