Role & Responsibilities :

- Team Lead - SEO will be responsible for managing a team of SEO Specialists who work on North America Standard SEO Campaigns.


- This role interfaces with Internal Stakeholders like Business Analytics team and QA team along with External Stakeholders like SEO Client Facing Teams in US.

Key Deliverables for this role include :

- Maintaining Operational Efficiency (Productive time utilization of team members, reducing non-productive time, allocate campaigns as per ratios agreed, retaining key talent within the team)

- SEO Product Performance & Optimization (Data driven analytics in the form of monthly reporting to the Advertisers to showcase value of the work completed, meet the SLAs for the tasks defined per cycle, keep 90% of the book Healthy in terms of Organic Traffic)

The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties including :

- Measure and monitor performance of SEO campaigns using Google Analytics, GDS OR any other manual dashboard created

- Ensure turn around times are met for all key deliverables as agreed with global teams

- Identify trend and insights to be implemented for better performance

- Motivate and influence the team to drive value rather than just complete day to day tasks

- Leverage the best practices shared by Google and RL Platform to drive efficiency within teams

- Drive productivity targets with accuracy & meeting the SLAs defined

- Ensure the team meets its annual objectives

- Manage career roadmap for team members

- Audit of internal processes defined: (viz: sample size followed, training need analysis, support to new-joiners during training etc.)

- Drive calibration sessions so that operations, training and quality are all on the same page

- Resource planning to ensure team capacity is maintained at optimum level

- Publish Weekly / Monthly Dashboard on team performance

- Drive shared objectives with international teams with respect to advertiser retention

- Look for areas of opportunity / gaps in process to improve efficiencies

- Work overtime when needed to meet critical deadlines

- Complete adhoc tasks and projects as needed
