Geographical Scope : India and other South Asian countries-Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Maldives

Job purpose :

- The Team Lead will be responsible for development and execution of the sales and service strategies for Carl Zeiss India, Vision Care.

- The strategies should support the business segment's aggressive and transformative growth phase.

Main Accountabilities :

- Design and execute the strategy to meet the sales and service objectives for the instrument portfolio for Vision Care.

- Continue to strengthen the product portfolio through the right pricing strategy and introduction of new, innovative products with the right GTM strategy.

- Market mapping and identifying new opportunities - product/geography

- Work in close coordination with the Global VTS team

- Lead a VTS service team based out of India

Reports to : Commercial Head, Vision Care, Carl Zeiss India

Direct Reportee's : Team of 3

Job Specifications :

- Education

- Graduation(Bachelors in Optometry preferred)

- MBA in general principle will be given preference

- Experience

- Overall experience of 8+ years preferably in Medical Devices/ Equipment

- 4+ years of experience leading a team at a national level
