Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Lead a team of Advisors who are responsible for advising / managing Ultra HNI clients & thereby achieving the target active AUM.

- Build, train, mentor and motivate a growing team.

- To be responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options

- To provide regular updates to the clients regarding the market changes and subsequent changes to the portfolio

- To achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability

- To have clear focus on client mining

- To conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker

- To attain maximum reach of investment ideas/stock calls initiated

- To assist in new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships

- Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends and current affairs

- To attend post result concalls, analyst meets for improved client servicing

- Cross-Sell of Third party investment products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS & Structured products. Along with the bouquet of asset products- such as working capital loans, term loans, LAP, AL, HL, LAS and so on.

- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

- Graduate + MBA (Finance)

- 10 - 14 years work ex with minimum 4-5 yrs exp in Ultra HNI segment and minimum 2-3 years of leading a team.

- Must have good existing HNI / Ultra HNI client relationships in the market.

Functional Competencies

- Proficiency in economics, accounting, financial statements and/or statistics

- Understanding of financial risk management strategies

- Knowledge of Capital Markets + Third-party investment products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, Structured products + Asset products such as working capital loans, term loans, LAP, AL, HL, LAS and so on.

Behavioral Competencies

- Exceptional leadership qualities to build and manage business relationships at all levels (internal + external)

- Ability to train, mentor and motivate a growing team

- Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.

- Must possess strong networking & relationship building skills

- Must be a self-starter, high energy, positive attitude, proactive passionate & target oriented.

- Ability to cope with fast-paced and pressured work.

- Attention to detail + strong analytical mind 


- Ability to notice patterns within statistics.

- Willing to seize initiatives and opportunities

- Possess mature negotiation and commercial skills
