- Retail Network Development:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new Retailers to amplify our retail network.
- Devise strategies to broaden our retail presence and amplify market penetration in targeted areas.
- Create and implement comprehensive training programs for Retailers to elevate their sales proficiency, product knowledge, and customer service expertise.
- Monitor training effectiveness, provide continuous support, and offer personalized coaching to enhance Retailers' performance.
- Formulate and execute innovative acquisition strategies to allure new Retailers and customers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to synchronize acquisition endeavors with overarching business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in retail network development, Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective training programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
