Job Description :

- Responsible for driving sales at designated residential project.

- Acquiring new customers through Channel Partners, marketing campaigns, data calling, self-generation, networking and referral.

- Attending client calls received through marketing campaigns understanding & explaining about project, ensuring diligent follow up and converting leads to site visits.

- Ensure accuracy of deliverables, client service and engagement calls, meetings, site visits, follow up, timely submission of MIS reports & overall governance at designated project.

- Attending Client Walk Ins, explaining them about the project, handling queries & closing sales with help of site head.

- Planning & executing Channel partner distribution to generate business, meeting new channel partners motivating them & starting their engagement at site.

- Achieving sales targets given by site head, maximizing site visits & conversion under guidance of site head.

- Maintaining and cultivating existing channel partner relationships.

- Developing an intermediary network with real estate consultants, financial advisors and wealth management companies.

- Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market.
