Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers who are responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with High net worth clients.
- Build, train, mentor and motivate a growing team.
- Accountable for developing and implementing an integrated customer marketing plan, which addresses wealth creation, wealth preservation, wealth enhancement achieved through an in-depth analysis of the client's profile so as to identify opportunities and match these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by the organization.
- The team will be primarily responsible for identifying, and sourcing clients in equity broking.
- Cross-Selling of Third party investment products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS & Structured products.
- Cross Selling of a bouquet of asset products- such as working capital loans, term loans, LAP, AL, HL, LAS and so on.
- Achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
- Understanding client's risk profile and maximizing the - risk vs. reward- balance for individual clients by optimizing product mix.
- Ensure team Compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry.
Job Requirements :Qualifications :
- Graduate + MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes
- 10 - 14 years work ex with minimum 4-5 yrs exp in direct selling in Ultra HNI segment and 2-3 years of leading a team.
- Must have good existing HNI / Ultra HNI client relationships in the market.
Functional Competencies :Sound understanding of Capital Markets + Third party investment products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, Structured products + Asset products such as working capital loans, term loans, LAP, AL, HL, LAS and so on.
Behavioral Competencies :- Exceptional leadership qualities to build and manage business relationships at all levels (internal + external)
